Trip Cancellation         

Even the best vacation plans can be turned upside-down by the unexpected.  For that reason, we have included trip cancellation insurance with your Orlando Villa Rental.  You’ve planned a great time and we want to make certain you have a great time!  If, for any reason, you must cancel or postpone your vacation plans, Martin Travel will refund your money or credit it toward a future booking less the following fees:

·        If cancellation is received at least four days prior to your arrival, 100% of your villa rental money, less a $50.00 fee, will be returned to you or credited toward a future booking – your choice.  Pricing for future bookings will be made at published pricing for that time period.

·        If cancellation is received inside of four days prior to your arrival and prior to the arrival date, 100% of your villa rental money less a $200.00 fee will be returned to you or credited toward a future booking.

·        In the case that no advance notice is given, you will be considered a “no-show” and no money will be returned to you nor credited toward a future booking.

·        No credit will be given for early departure from the resort.

·        Credits for cancelled airline tickets or rental cars are not part of our cancellation insurance and are subject to the refund policies of the airline or rental car companies.
